Listing Guidelines

Who can list

Owners, and managers who are authorised by the owner, of spaces that can legally host private or corporate events.

What makes a great listing

• At least three clear, recent, unfiltered photographs of the actual space.
• Honest capacities for seated and standing guests, for each separate space.
• Clear prices with their basis — per hour, per session, per day, per person or minimum spend — and all additional charges, deposits and taxes.
• Accurate policies for catering, alcohol, music timings, decorators and parking.

What is not allowed

• Long-term residential rentals or property sales.
• Misleading photos, prices or claims of verification.
• Personal contact details inside descriptions or photos.

Every listing is reviewed before publishing. We may request changes or decline listings that do not meet these guidelines.
