Cancellation Information

Party Properties is currently an enquiry and quote marketplace. We do not take payments or confirm bookings on a venue’s behalf.

Each venue sets its own cancellation terms, shown on its listing and repeated in every quote. Common presets are:

Flexible

Full refund of any advance if cancelled at least 7 days before the event. 50% refund if cancelled 3–7 days before. No refund within 72 hours.

Moderate

Full refund of any advance if cancelled at least 15 days before the event. 50% refund if cancelled 7–15 days before. No refund within 7 days.

Strict

50% refund of any advance if cancelled at least 30 days before the event. No refund within 30 days. Date changes may be offered at the venue’s discretion.

Custom

Some venues write their own terms. These are shown on the listing and in every quote.
